Dr. Mark S. Dill
DDS Dentist / Owner
Dr. Mark Dill is a Chattanooga native and founder of Halls Family Dentistry, where he combines a passion for patient care with precision and integrity. Married to his wife Laura since 2003, he draws inspiration from his close-knit family and three children.
Dr. Dill's philosophy is simple: provide the most conservative treatments with the best long-term outcomes. He approaches every patient with patience and empathy — explaining each step clearly, easing anxiety, and ensuring patients truly understand their options and the "why" behind their care. His favorite part of dentistry is that education, and he takes great pride in the warm, highly trained team that patients consistently rave about.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Dill stays current with the latest techniques and is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Chattanooga Area Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside the office, he's active at Silverdale Baptist Church, supports local nonprofits, and enjoys camping, mountain biking, tennis, travel, and UT football. Whether you're coming in for a routine visit or a complete smile transformation, Dr. Dill's goal is to make you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in your care.
Toria
COO / Registered Dental Assistant
Toria Plank serves as Chief Operating Officer and Registered Dental Assistant across our family of dental practices, leading clinical support, operational systems, and team development. She has been with our organization since 2009, bringing over a decade of experience in patient care and practice management.
Toria earned her dental assisting certification through the Chattanooga College Dental Assisting Program and is a Registered Dental Assistant through the State of Tennessee, with additional credentials in dental radiology and nitrous oxide monitoring. She serves on the Chattanooga College Administrative Board and is an active member of the American Dental Assisting Association.
Passionate about lifelong learning and leadership, Toria is committed to helping practices and teams thrive through mentoring, teaching, and collaboration. Her compassionate leadership style and belief that strong teams create extraordinary patient experiences define everything she does. Outside of work, Toria and her husband Gary have been married since 2006 and live in Georgia with their sons Kyle and Aiden. Their family enjoys camping, college football, reading, and time with friends and loved ones.

Since 1924, the Northside Neighborhood House has offered a hand up to those in need. This Thanksgiving, thanks to the generosity of our patients and supporters, we were proud to donate a full collection of non-perishable food to their mission. Very happy with the service I received and staff are friendly. I was able to get my crown back on very soon and scheduled next appointment. Finally found my next place for dental care. I've had lots of trauma in the past... Definitely recommend!

I wish I could give them 10!!! Everyone here is absolutely amazing 👏 I had several fillings done over 2 visits and my experience was great! Brooke done my work and you can really tell that she loves her job and patients. She took her time with me, never rushed through anything, and I couldn't be happier!!
